Since Bestpak established  in Gaoyou in 2004, our company has absorbed a large number of disabled people,poor people and women who have employment intention and offered them training with salary and let them try hillock. Among company's existing the more than 600 staff,there are 240 original poor employees, reaching 40% of the total number of employees. After ten years of unremitting efforts, they have been all out of poverty now.

“If you give a human a fish, you feed him for the day. If you teach him how to fish, you feed him for life.”Based on this starting point, our company has invested more than RMB 1.6 million yuan in Gaoyou, Jiangdu and other places to help eight disabled and poor people set up 8 production processing centres which solely by their own management and accounting. The average output value of the eight centres can reach RMB 500 thousand yuan to RMB 800 thousand yuan.It not only helpd the more than 400 local poor people, handicapped people and women who have no fixed occupation to solve their employment problems, but also increase their average annual income of RMB 18,000 yuan, and further make the eight small boss early to get rid of poverty to get rich.

Bestpak has consistently adhered to the Four measures for poverty alleviation which contain "to arrange the employment for poor households, to help new industries, funding for school, to support for public welfare".
